One-Bite Wonders

Your guests only have two hands, and after the ceremony one of those will most likely be busy holding a cocktail. Help your guests out and provide hors d’oeuvres to accompany those signature cocktails. These one-bite wonders are easy to eat with one hand, as well as on the move. Typically, after the wedding dress and the ceremony itself, the most talked about part of the wedding is the food; therefore, the selection is very important. Try and select a variety of flavors (meats, veggies, desserts) to appeal to a wide range of preferences. Ask your caterer to help you create bite-sized food that typically isn’t provided in small servings. Here are a few ideas to get you started….

Fruit Kabobs: Who doesn’t love a good kabob? Combine your favorite fruit with a variety of cubed cheeses to add some flare to the typical fruit kabob.
