Wedding Lighting

One important aspect of a wedding that can often be overlooked by the bride and groom is lighting. Spending some time on this detail can really leave an impact, drawing the attention of guests and adding drama to any setting. Radiant chandeliers or twinkling canopy lights can be the perfect finishing touch to a soft, romantic wedding. Looking for something a bit more contemporary or urban, overhanging wired light bulbs can be a wonderful choice. Remember, with whatever route you go, getting a little creative and choosing the right lighting can really contribute to and transform your wedding décor, creating an unforgettable ambiance.

The unique shapes give your wedding the perfect chic vibe. So why not try incorporating this awesome trend into your wedding day with invitations, centerpieces, backdrop, or even your cake.

Metallic gold and bronze are the most popular for geometric décor, while adding darker colors into flowers or table settings will make any wedding more modern. Maybe you’re more of a vintage or whimsical bride. Soft romantic colors, and adding in some greenery or succulents will do just the trick. Below are some of our favorite geometric décor ideas!

Have a Seat: Table Number Ideas

One of the first things your guests will see or search for when arriving at your wedding reception are the table numbers. They are just as much a part of your decorations as they are a guide for guests. Check out these creative and unique table number ideas to show off your design style while leaving a personal touch.

Use photographs of you and husband as children to correspond with a certain age or year. Some photos might be awkward or embarrassing, but your guests will love it.

Incorporate your love story. Use engagement photos and/or the dates of your first kiss, first date, engagement, wedding day, etc. to add sentimental value for your guests.

This is a fun way to get your guests involved. Instead of numbers, use songs titles and their artists. When their table song plays, they have to get up and dance. This will help break the ice and probably provide a few laughs.

Another great way to get guests involved by having them personalize your table numbers for you. Have them leave messages that you and your husband will then read on the corresponding anniversary. This is an awesome way for you to look back on your big day.

Calligraphy adds a simple yet sophisticated feel to your centerpieces and table.

If your wedding has a rustic theme, these ideas will fit perfectly into your design.

There are tutorials and workshops all around teaching individuals how to create their own barn board signs and paintings that your guests will be sure to recognize and love.

Get Creative

Tune in to your creative side with this great alternative to carving pumpkins. All the fun, but without the mess and they turn out looking fantastic.

Sweet Treats

You can’t have a party without dessert. Create your own s’more bar or caramel popcorn station and at the end of the night send your guests home with one of these cute miniature pies.

Drinks for everyone

S’mores hot chocolate, white chocolate pumpkin spice latte, apple cider sangria, these fall inspired drinks will have your guests asking for another. If there are children at the party, you can easily recreate nonalcoholic versions.

Warm up by the fire

What better way to end the night, than cuddling up with a cozy sweater and warm blanket around a campfire. Roast marshmallows, eat a s’more, maybe have another one of those yummy drinks and enjoy the weather.
